Welcome to PuyPay ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of puypay.com (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

PuyPay is a web-based tool for generating anonymous cryptocurrency payment links. The Service allows users to create short URLs that redirect to blockchain-based addresses with associated payment amounts. The platform does not require registration or personal information to use its features.

Each payment link generated is publicly accessible and uniquely identified by a short slug. Payment links do not expire by default but may be disabled manually or automatically in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms. Users are responsible for managing the dissemination of their links.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PuyPay and its developers, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, reputation, profits, data, or other intangible losses, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Service.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR MALWARE.

PUYPAY IS NOT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, WALLET PROVIDER, BROKER, EXCHANGE, OR CUSTODIAN. WE DO NOT HOLD OR TRANSFER FUNDS ON BEHALF OF USERS. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE PEER-TO-PEER, INITIATED AND COMPLETED OUTSIDE OF OUR PLATFORM VIA PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.

WE DO NOT VERIFY OR VALIDATE USER-PROVIDED WALLET ADDRESSES. PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH LINKS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE ARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY PAYMENT LINK.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY, INCLUDING NETWORK CONGESTION, CONTRACT EXPLOITS, TOKEN VOLATILITY, AND LOSS OF FUNDS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PUYPAY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF PAYMENT LINKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FRAUDULENT LINKS, SENDER ERRORS, BLOCKCHAIN FAILURES, OR MISDIRECTED FUNDS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuyPay and its developers, officers, affiliates, and agents from any claim, liability, damages, loss, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the platform in a way that harms our reputation, or used it for illegal or unethical purposes.
